At 9:18 am, on September 18 2009, Zibo Xinya Calcium Industry Co., Ltd. held the simple and impassioned ground-breaking ceremony on the project site in Nanhan industrial park, Luocun town, Zichuan area, which marked the formally start of the 420000 tons/year high activity Cao project. All board members and middle-level cadres of the mother company Zibo Xinya Industry & Marketing Co., Ltd.,   project working group members and representatives of construction units attended the ceremony.
